Common stages in metal cutlery production. The steps used depend on the product, material and design; laser marking is included when specified.
Material Cutting
Metal stock is cut into blanks for the selected product.
Rolling
Blanks are rolled to prepare them for forming.
Trimming
Edges are trimmed to match the required outline.
Stamping
Press tools form the pieces into the required shape.
Fine polishing
Surfaces are carefully polished for the selected finish.
Cleaning and Drying
Pieces are cleaned and dried before the next step.
Laser
When specified, logos or markings are applied by laser.
Packing
Finished pieces are packed in the agreed format.
