What is the minimum order?
100 pieces for measuring scoops and spoon sets. 1,000 pieces for other products.
How fast can I get a sample?
A stock model with your laser-marked logo ships within 3 days. Samples that need new tooling take about 30 days.
How long does production take?
Measuring scoops: 100 pieces, 20–30 days; 1,000 pieces, 30 days; 5,000–20,000 pieces, 35–40 days. Lead times for other quantities are included in the quotation.
Which stainless steel do you use?
304 stainless steel is our standard. 430 stainless steel is available for budget programs.
Can you match my own design?
Yes. Send a drawing or reference photo with the capacity you need, and we will advise on tooling and quote it.
Which documents can you provide?
Our TÜV Rheinland supplier verification and lab test reports for FDA, EU 1935/2004 and related standards. Tell us your market and we send the matching files. We work with partner test laboratories and can arrange testing for any of our products.
