Google Analytics 4

In addition to the first-party aggregate statistics described below, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4, measurement ID G-9N3XZSHC6V) to understand public-page views, referral sources, broad device and region information, browser sessions, contact-channel clicks and inquiry starts and successes. GA4 is a third-party service and uses Google analytics cookies and browser identifiers; it is not the same as our cookie-free first-party aggregate counts. Our tag configures analytics cookies to expire after 30 days. Google processes information sent to its service, including connection information such as your IP address, under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not send IP addresses as custom event values. GA4 is on by default on eligible public pages, but does not load when you previously declined statistics, turn statistics off in Privacy & analytics, or send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Administrator, private and privacy pages are excluded. Page addresses exclude query parameters and fragments, and referral information is limited to the referring site's origin. Our custom events send event names and contact-channel labels, not contact-link contents, names, emails, phone numbers, inquiry messages or inquiry references. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. Turning statistics off stops future collection and clears this website's accessible GA analytics cookies; it does not erase historical data already held by Google or existing aggregate totals. Google's data-retention settings are separate from the 30-day cookie expiry and our first-party retention periods. The single footer setting controls both systems, and changing it does not affect browsing or sending inquiries.

Language and regional preference

We store your selected language in a functional cookie for 180 days, without a visitor identifier. On an initial visit to the unprefixed home page, we may temporarily use an approximate country from the request IP or your browser language to select a supported language. IP addresses are not sent to an external geolocation service for this feature. Explicit language URLs and your manual choice take priority. Country estimates can be wrong, including when a VPN is used. You can switch language at any time.

Information you provide

When you create a quote request, the site records the fields you enter, including contact details, company, product requirements and any reference URL.

How inquiry data is used

Inquiry data is stored with the quote-request reference and used for B2B project review, quotation preparation and direct follow-up through the contact details you provide.

Essential technical information

Our hosting platform processes request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Necessary hosting and security operations are separate from basic aggregate statistics. Providers may keep their own request or security logs, including IP addresses; the statistics retention periods below do not describe every hosting or security log.

Basic aggregate statistics

Basic statistics are on by default, unless you previously declined analytics, turn them off in settings, or send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. They count page loads, email, phone and WhatsApp link clicks, first quote-form interactions and successfully saved inquiries. Daily totals and breakdowns by page, recognized source, estimated country, broad device category and contact channel are separate counters, not linked visitor profiles. Observable page-to-page transitions are counted as daily path pairs, not individual journeys. These counts do not measure unique people or browser sessions, and start and success counts are not a same-person conversion funnel. Private pages and this privacy page are excluded.

Daily network-source estimates

To improve the website, we estimate daily distinct network-address sources by country alongside page-view counts. This is an estimate of network sources, not people, devices or browser sessions: shared IP addresses may be combined, while changing networks or using a VPN may count the same person more than once. Adding daily estimates does not give unique visitors across a date range. For each eligible page view, the server normalizes the request IP only in memory and uses a server-held secret, the Beijing calendar date and estimated country to create a keyed digest (HMAC). Each digest is immediately merged into a probabilistic count sketch (HyperLogLog, precision 14). This estimate stores no individual IP address, masked IP address, per-visitor digest or identifier list, and no association with page paths. Only country-level sketches for the current Beijing date are kept for this estimate in the running statistics database. After the date changes, sketches from earlier Beijing dates are deleted at the next maintenance run or statistics read/write. An hourly background cleanup provides a fallback while the service is running; deletion does not run during downtime. Numerical aggregate summaries are retained for up to 90 days. Existing short-lived abuse limits and event-replay deduplication remain separate. Collection begins when this feature goes live and is not backfilled from earlier visits. It adds no visit-duration data or per-visit details. The same statistics choice applies: earlier refusals, turning statistics off, and Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals prevent future contributions. Use Privacy & analytics in the footer to opt out at any time without affecting browsing or inquiries.

Temporary processing for page and device summaries

The browser keeps only the preceding public page path in memory while navigating within the current document, without a persistent visitor identifier. It is cleared on page exit, private pages or disabling statistics. The server converts the request user-agent into desktop, mobile, tablet or unknown and does not store the user-agent in statistics. Event-level input is aggregated rather than kept as a visitor timeline. Successful-inquiry counters contain no inquiry reference, name, email or message, and are not linked back to inquiry records.

Administrator authentication security

To investigate and limit unauthorized administrator access, failed administrator logins and login rate-limit events are recorded separately with a normalized IP address, minute, event type and count. Ordinary visitor browsing is not recorded in this security log. These records are not used for marketing or linked to page statistics or inquiries. They are retained for up to 7 days, capped at 10,000 minute-and-address entries, and available only to the site owner with addresses masked by default. Explicit full-address viewing is audited for up to 30 days without copying IP addresses into that audit. Passwords, submitted login emails and session tokens are not included. Security processing is independent of the optional statistics setting.

Data minimization and browser storage

Basic statistics do not set analytics cookies or persistent visitor or session identifiers, and do not use advertising trackers or browser fingerprinting. A fresh random identifier for each event is used briefly to prevent duplicate counting; it does not identify a person across events. Requests contain a public page path, a referring origin when available, and only recognized source labels. Referral paths, page query strings and fragments, free-form campaign tags, contact-link contents and inquiry messages are not included. Sources are not carried from page to page. Existing visitor and session identifiers from the previous analytics system are removed when browser storage permits.

Your choice

Use Privacy & analytics in the footer to change the setting at any time. Turning statistics off does not affect browsing or inquiry submission. Your off preference is stored locally until you turn statistics on or clear site data; this functional preference is not a tracking identifier. Earlier refusals remain effective even if their original expiry has passed. Browser privacy signals cannot be overridden here. If stored preferences cannot be read, collection stays off. Turning statistics off stops future contributions; it does not remove counts already included in aggregate totals or automatically erase older records.

IP processing and retention

For basic statistics, the server processes the request IP address transiently to estimate a country using a local database and to enforce short-lived abuse limits. IP addresses are not sent to an external geolocation service. New statistics records contain no full or masked IP addresses. Country estimates are approximate, not precise locations. Aggregate counts are retained for up to 90 days. Counts exclude disabled or unmeasurable visits and should not be treated as exact audience figures.

Earlier consented analytics

The previous system collected visitor-level records only after an explicit analytics choice. Those existing records remain separate from the new aggregate counts and are no longer supplemented by new visitor-level tracking. They expire under the earlier limits: event records after at most 90 days and full IP addresses after at most 7 days. Full IP addresses are private, masked by default and accessible only to the site owner on explicit request. Backups and independent hosting or security logs follow their own retention arrangements.

Inquiry referral information

Separately from basic statistics, session storage retains the first landing-page path and any utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign tags during a visit. When you submit an inquiry, this limited source information is saved with the request to help us understand which product or campaign brought you here. We do not collect an unrelated browsing history.

Google search reports

The site owner may view authorized Google Search Console reports about search performance and sampled indexing status. These reports are separate from our first-party visitor analytics and do not require loading a Google Analytics tracking tag in your browser.

Retention and requests

Commercial inquiry records may be retained for project continuity and legitimate business needs. Contact zhanboxi4@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations. If you withdrew analytics consent, you can still contact us about existing records.

必要的技术信息

托管平台会处理提供和保护网站所需的请求信息。必要的托管和安全运行与基础汇总统计相互独立。服务商可能保留自己的请求或安全日志，其中可能包含 IP 地址；下述统计保留期限并不代表所有托管或安全日志的保留期限。

基础汇总统计

基础统计默认开启，但您以前拒绝过统计、在设置中关闭统计，或发送“请勿追踪”或“全球隐私控制”信号时除外。统计会计数页面加载、邮箱、电话和 WhatsApp 链接点击、首次报价表单交互以及成功入库的询盘。每日总量及按页面、已识别来源、估算国家、粗略设备类别和联系渠道划分的数据是独立计数，不关联为访客档案。可观察到的页面间跳转仅以每日路径对计数保存，不保存个人旅程。这些计数不衡量独立访客人数或浏览器会话，开始与成功计数也不是同一批个人的转化漏斗。私有页面和本隐私页不参与统计。

每日网络来源估算

为改进网站，我们按国家估算每日去重的网络地址来源，并与浏览次数一同展示。此项估算衡量网络来源，不是人数、设备数或浏览器会话数：共享 IP 地址可能合并计数，切换网络或使用 VPN 则可能让同一人被多次计入。将每日估算相加不能得出一个日期区间内的独立访客数。对于每次符合统计条件的页面浏览，服务器仅在内存中规范化请求 IP，并使用服务器持有的密钥、北京日历日期和估算国家生成带密钥的摘要（HMAC）。每条摘要会立即合并到概率计数草图（HyperLogLog，精度参数 14）。此项估算不存储单个 IP 地址、打码 IP 地址、逐访客摘要或标识列表，也不保存与页面路径的关联。在运行中的统计数据库内，此项估算仅保留当前北京日期按国家划分的草图。跨日后，早于当前北京日期的草图会在下一次维护或统计读写时删除。服务正常运行时，每小时后台清理作为兜底；停机期间不执行删除。数值汇总最长保留 90 天。已有的短期防滥用限流和事件重放去重仍独立运行。此功能从上线时开始采集，不根据此前的访问回溯补算，不新增停留时间数据或逐次访问明细。同一统计偏好也适用于此功能：此前的拒绝、关闭统计，以及“请勿追踪”或“全球隐私控制”信号都会阻止后续计入。您可随时通过页脚的“隐私与统计”退出，不影响浏览网站或提交询盘。

页面与设备汇总的临时处理

浏览器仅在当前文档内导航时，将上一个公开页面路径临时保留在内存中，不使用持久访客标识；页面离开、进入私有页面或关闭统计时会清除。服务器将请求中的浏览器标识归为电脑、手机、平板或未知，不在统计中存储原始浏览器标识。事件输入会汇总处理，不保存为访客时间线。询盘成功计数不含询盘编号、姓名、邮箱或正文，也不反向关联询盘记录。

后台身份验证安全

为调查和限制未经授权的后台访问，后台登录失败和登录触发限流的事件会单独记录规范化的 IP 地址、分钟、事件类型与次数。普通访客浏览不会记录到此安全日志。这些记录不用于营销，也不关联页面统计或询盘。安全记录最长保留 7 天，最多保留 10,000 条按分钟与地址划分的记录，仅站点所有者可访问，默认将地址打码。明确查看完整地址的操作会审计，审计最长保留 30 天，但不将 IP 地址复制到审计中。不记录密码、提交的登录邮箱或会话令牌。安全处理独立于可选择关闭的统计设置。

数据最小化与浏览器存储

基础统计不设置分析 Cookie 或持久化的访客、会话标识，也不使用广告追踪器或浏览器指纹识别。每个事件新生成的随机标识仅短期用于防止重复计数，不用于跨事件识别个人。请求仅包含公开页面路径、可用时的来源站点，以及已识别的来源标签。不包含来源页面路径、页面查询字符串与片段、自由填写的活动标签、联系链接内容或询盘正文。来源不会从一个页面延续归因到另一个页面。浏览器存储允许时，会清除旧统计系统留下的访客与会话标识。

您的选择

您可以随时通过页脚的“隐私与统计”更改设置。关闭统计不会影响浏览网站或提交询盘。关闭偏好会保存在本地，直到您开启统计或清除站点数据；此功能性偏好不是追踪标识。此前的拒绝即使已超过原有到期时间，也会继续生效。本页面不能覆盖浏览器隐私信号。无法读取已保存的偏好时，统计会保持关闭。关闭统计会停止后续计数，但不会移除已计入汇总的数据，也不会自动删除旧记录。

IP 处理与保留期限

对于基础统计，服务器会即时处理请求 IP，通过本地数据库估算国家，并实施短期限流以防止滥用。IP 不会发送给外部地理定位服务。新统计记录不包含完整或脱敏 IP。国家信息只是粗略估算，不代表精确位置。汇总计数最长保留 90 天。关闭统计或无法测量的访问不会被计入，这些计数不能视为精确的受众人数。

此前经同意的统计

旧系统仅在访客明确选择接受统计后采集访客级记录。这些已有记录与新的汇总计数分开保存，不再通过新的访客级追踪追加。它们继续按原期限到期清理：事件记录最长 90 天，完整 IP 最长 7 天。完整 IP 属于私有信息，默认脱敏，仅站点所有者明确请求后可查看。备份以及独立的托管或安全日志遵循各自的保留安排。

询盘来源信息

与基础统计独立，网站会在访问期间使用会话存储保存首次落地页路径及 utm_source、utm_medium、utm_campaign 标签。您提交询盘时，这些有限的来源信息会与请求一并保存，帮助我们了解您是通过哪个产品或活动来到网站的。我们不会收集与此无关的浏览历史。

Google 搜索报告

站点所有者可以查看经授权的 Google Search Console 报告，了解搜索表现和抽样收录状态。这些报告与我们的第一方访客统计相互独立，不需要在您的浏览器中加载 Google Analytics 追踪标签。

数据保留与相关请求

商业询盘记录可能因项目延续和合理业务需要而保留。您可以联系 zhanboxi4@gmail.com 请求访问、更正或删除数据，相关处理须遵守适用义务。即使您已撤回统计同意，仍可就已有记录联系我们。
