01
Choose the product reference before the logo
The catalog includes separate 20 mL scoops listed as 304 stainless steel and 430 stainless steel. A different capacity-series listing includes a 10 mL option, whose selected material still needs confirmation. Send the exact product link and volume you want quoted. A family photograph can show several options; it does not mean every pictured scoop or finish is included in one order.
02
Separate the coffee serving from the scoop volume
If you want a stated weight of coffee per scoop, provide the coffee and your intended filling instruction. Grind, filling and leveling affect the result. A 20 mL catalog capacity alone cannot establish a gram serving. Compare candidate samples using your coffee, record the results and approve any weight statement separately from the logo.
03
Match the scoop to the jar or pouch
Share the smallest usable opening, internal depth and any zipper or neck restriction. For a scoop packed inside, show where it should sit when the pack is filled and sealed. For a separate accessory, show the bag, card or sleeve you have in mind. Check reach, removal and closure on the actual scoop and pack rather than choosing by handle length alone.
04
Review a logo on the selected surface
Send your artwork, preferred handle position and desired logo width. We will review the marking method against the chosen material and finish. Keep the brand mark, any volume mark and your intended reading direction on one proof. A digital layout approves placement; a marked sample is needed to judge contrast and appearance on the product.
05
Keep product and packaging quantities aligned
Specify how many scoops belong with each coffee pack, how the scoop is supplied to your packing team, and whether barcodes or separate labels are needed. Identify every volume or finish separately in the packing brief. A shared brand design does not remove the need to distinguish different scoop references during packing and replenishment.
06
Approve a reference that can be reordered
Agree the product reference, selected material, finish, logo file version and packing arrangement before approving the sample. Keep the approved drawing, proof and sample identification together. For a repeat order, reference that version and list any changes to the coffee pack or artwork so the quotation can distinguish a repeat from a revised project.
